I think building capital here make senses. They should build more than it's needed to bring the confidence back in the game. If it works out, it will be a home run either way.
If u look at ABH, doesn't seem like they have much better management there and some of their businesses suck.
with FBK, u can hope for a better pulp price. With ABH, I don't even know what they need to prosper.
Mixed feeling on this. I want to sell but please give me a better price. $1 is an insult considered we all wait through out the deleverage and have NOT seen a dime going into our pocket.
was wondering how many shares this board owns:
I have around 70k under control now. Sold some to redeploy capital to other ideas when the offer came out.
i think they have have some ideas on how the tender is going on. If it's tight, they will call like crazy.. so no call probably means one side got enough votes already?
I would say if they can secure 16 million in power contract, that alone worth 130millions.
that's stable 12% yield. I am tempted to buy back my previously sold position.
16m now? that's 10 cents per share..
I thought they said it will be less than that below.
That fact that they wants to issue shares to make acquisition stinks.
I think ppl are crazy to even suggest that. BAC is a publicly traded company and it's well capitalized by all accounting standard, u can't just put it to rest. It's not FRE/FNM we are talking about here.
