for those who are interested. the weiss annual Report. he talks about the preffered Shares, biggest Holdings in the fund and so on. interesting.

cheers

Does anyone know if the data from bloomberg is accurate about the weiss korea fund?

http://www.bloomberg.com/quote/WKOF:LN

It says  the current NAV (on 2014-06-10) is 135.5800.

But it also says the % Premium is -0.89, which doesn't make sense. Today's closing price is 136.125, so the premium should be 1%.

Fund talks about dividends being paid out accruing but not showing up in NAV. Meaning the actual NAV is a little bit higher than the NAV on the books (since you are being paid the dividends). It's only an issue during dividend season now.

The other simpler solution is that as often with small illiquid emerging issues, there are just some data issues.

Just a guess.

I know I'm bumping a very old thread here, but does anyone have experience with Monex Boom? https://www.boom.com/en/why_boom/ . Based on what I can find it seems like one of the only ways to access the South Korean stock market. I'd vastly prefer Fidelity, as mentioned in this thread, but they don't allow European customers. Or are there any other alternatives I am missing?
