Good microcaps and nanocaps investors

Do you know some good value investors who specialize in microcaps and nanocaps stocks? A lot of investors overlook them, or can't invest due to their portfolio size (e.g. institutional investors). Some of them offer good value in net-net, arbitrage, or good and cheap companies.

The published 1982 up to 2021. Book is on amazon if you are interested. 

I would add to the list Ian Cassel and Paul Andreola.
