Its about 30% for me and 10% of OPM I manage.

I think it is about 15-16% for me. 

I don’t think it can get any higher without restructuring the portfolio by selling stuff

Fairfax India - 8%

I have 11% Fairfax (largest position), 2% Fairfax India, in my portfolio of individual stocks.  This doesn't include fixed-income holdings or the mutual funds in my 401k.
