We would suggest that the reluctance to publish may be because some of the 'really bad' are 'high-street' banks.

 

One wrong 'perception', & there is a bank-run on the institution that drains the nations deposit insurance -& triggers a panic. Add in that NA 'crashes' have often occurred around September/October
