coc
Here is a transcript of an interview Tom Murphy did, where he describes his career at Cap Cities. I wish there was a lot more out there, but I haven't found much. tommurphy.pdf

coc
You're welcome guys. One thing I always thought was cool in that piece, and I never knew of, was his involvement in Doubleclick before it went to Google. Man, did this guy have a knack for good businesses... AZ_Value
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lUMQylUxbsg Wonderful business mind and humble person. Not recognized enough I think. Edit: Forgot to specify. I think the transcript shared above is of this interview I just posted. For those more inclined to listening to him vs reading the transcript. Cheers. Tompety03
Thank you for the link to the HBS interview. I recently finished Limping on Water (Capital Cities book recommended in BRK 2015 letter). My notes are attached and below. Not on the top of my list, but has good insight into the Capital Cities culture. http://www.boardofbooks.com/limping-on-water/review-and-notes/ There is another book written by a former Capital Cities employee: https://www.amazon.com/Capital-Cities-Early-Years-1954-1986/dp/0801986184 The book also references a detailed HBS report written in 2000 that seems to have more specifics than the interview with Tom Murphy. Does anyone have that? Thanks, Chris boardofbooks.com-Review_and_Notes_-_Limping_On_Water.pdf
