okay -- so why would a larger company have more impact than a smaller company. wouldn't you think a smaller company's price would have a larger impact in share price due to less float?

I was wondering if anyone on this board has any experience investing in SPACs. How do you go about finding them & researching them. For me, I have found them always by accident or through Value Investors Club. Any suggestions or guidance?

yep, yellow brkers is great!! a lot of fun. def a cool way for you guys to meet new people. also there's whitney tilson's party on friday night. I also highly recommend this place called upstream for dinner. it's a pub like place with its own microbrewery. food is great as well as the beer. there's also a motley food party which was on a friday night as well last time....not sure about this year, i came at the end...we all hung with bill gates. i asked him if he had an iPod. he said no.

Why do you say they are unreliable?

They're still traded. They just delisted. I'm not sure if they have under 300 shareholders or not though. If they do, they'd be considered an exchanged traded private company.
