  1. Yeah, thank you for being one of the few to speak the ugly truth about Europe for once. Mending fences will not be easy.
  2. I'm taking just your lead. I'm offering my opinion, which you do not like.
  3. You left out the best part - and millions of soldiers die - mostly Ukrainian & Europeans. Let the war mongers celebrate.
  4. No need to walk back anything. You are entitled to your own opinion and are in no way must you agree with mine. Stop splitting hairs already.
  5. You missed the big picture. Europe handles Russia on the land and owns their own defense with "some" assistance from the USA. The USA will handle the oceans - with a major focus on China. It's called burden sharing.
  6. Don't forget @Luke to the resistance - Trump is a Russian spy and asset, just like Tulsi Gabbard.
  7. Yeah, sorry LC , your post was beyond ridiculous. Then to sweeten the deal he makes some nonsense climate agreement with Europe due in 2050 to support clean air blah blah blah and gets (f)Elon to make some solar charged rocket ship trinkets and help European energy independence vs Russia. European leadership will eat it up.
  8. To be clear - you're the Washington insider, so I'll defer to you. If "disgruntled federal workers" wish to engage in traitorous conduct - so be it. After all - the Biden crime family made a career out of selling out their country for money.
  9. @LC - are you high again?
  10. Zelensky tried to wait Trump out. He hoped Kamala would win. So did Europe. But their worst nightmare was losing the Presidency, Senate & House. Now the tough decisions are forced on them after 3 years (well 2 really) of cheerleading Ukraine on a war they would inevitably lose.
  11. It has as much value as your beloved CNN
  12. Wait - I thought Trump was an "isolationist" ? Which is it?
  13. Actually, that's a wonderful idea. Why hasn't Europe done it?
  14. Yeah, they're probably already on the payroll - just like the Biden family.
  15. Don't confuse these guys with facts. It never works. They want war, not peace.
  16. Let the killing continue @LC
  17. Key line
  18. Absolutely right. It's very good for this to have taken place on public TV. Both Ukraine's leadership and Europe's leadership understand what Zelensky is up against. He did the best he could without the Europeans taking this over. European countries get to decide if they want to continue the meat-grinder and take up the slack left by America - and lose their sons & daughters in Ukraine. Hopefully, they will vote to stop all the useless killing.
  19. Biden did nothing to me. No doubt he and his criminal family broke laws, enriched himself and wrecked many, many lives - in addition to getting lots of people killed with Afghanistan and the Sourthern Border. Rest assured - my family is just fine.
  20. Sounds like a whiney government worker with sour grapes. The house cleaning will continue - and it will be painful for all - just like it was for so many with Biden in charge. Tough love.
  21. Here is the latest news: Zelenksky begged to stay. No one shook his hand. He was ushered to the door of the White House and asked to leave. You are witnessing high stakes negotiations in progress. Shit, you're trying to settle a war! It's not for the faint of heart. Ball in Ukraine's court.
  22. +1 - Bingo
  23. Yes - that is the whole point. He needs the US or he needs Europe to solve this. Now he knows the American position.
  24. I certainly don't care what you think DWY - there is a war going on with millions dying - so if you can't take watching a historic negotiation taking place - don't watch. Save your vitriol for the Europeans and Biden continuing this travesty without trying to end it.
  25. You missed everything @John Hjorth When you get to an impasse on terms - elapsed time is what is needed. You walk - each party needs to rethink their issues and reassess IF THERE IS A DEAL TO MAKE. Nothing helps you like elapsed time when you are so far apart. So why did this blowup happen right now?? I'll tell you why - because up until now - there was NO RISK for anyone. The point of greatest risk is when an agreement HAS to be signed. When you are at that stage, now all the nicietes are over - because - you are delivering on all the "nice talk". Zelensky is NOT dealing from a position of strength - he blew it - but that's perfectly ok - there is so much at stake - he needs to rethink what terms he is in line to accept.
