Christopher Wray suggested that NO FBI agents or FBI assets were present on January 6th. That was his testimony before Congress. When Kash Patel testified - Patel revealed to Congress that 274 FBI agents were present on January 6th - and told Congress that Wray lied. How did Wray go from "I don't think so" to 274 agents were present?? Patel testified that FBI staffers told him they were there for "crowd control" - which Patel informed them - that is NOT the FBI's job. What were they doing there? So there is a deep suspicion that FBI agents were there in an nefarious role - since Patel said Chris Wray lied to Congress denying the FBI's presence at all.

I think the number is 130. Many "injured" by their own tear gas deployment, it was very windy. The only deaths on Jan 6th were 4 protestors. It's also important to ask - how many FBI agents served as "agitators" in the crowd - that number is around 270 - which was discovered by the DOJ/FBI after the change of administration. IF you remember Christopher Wray refused to answer that question when he appeared before Congressional hearings.

AG Garland used that particular statue for 350-400 of the NON-VIOLENT offenders charged with parading or trespassing. The reason he "enhanced" the non-violent charges is because Federal statues allow the government to sentence convicted offenders of "Obstruction of Official Proceedings" for UP TO 20 YEARS in Prison, even if they were charged with misdemeanor offenses. You have no idea what you are talking about - the Supreme Court already OVERTURNED the use of that Statue in regards to January 6th defendants.

Hundreds of non-violent protesters walk in (or not even enter the Capitol) and take selfies and walk away. So you take a 90 day sentence for trespassing - and come up with years - with no bail while you wait months for your trial - and then get a sentence of years. 100% conviction rate in DC - lives ruined, families bankrupted. Hundreds of American citizens convicted by a Kangaroo court - designed to silence you for the rest of your life - and serve as an example for anyone that supports Trump - the government will ruin your life.
