Christopher1 Posted April 4, 2011 Posted April 4, 2011 I remember that someone follows this company. A tough year for Plymouth. Executives are cutting their salary to reflect adverse reserve developments. http://www.prac.com/public/Plymouthrock/staticfiles/reports/rpt2010.pdf
Guest Posted April 4, 2011 Posted April 4, 2011 looks like the equity is not publicly traded. any idea how to purchase it?
ShahKhezri Posted April 4, 2011 Posted April 4, 2011 Through the Closed-End fund CET. Someone floated the idea of taking over a CEF and taking advantage of the NAV discount/premium...CET/SOR/GAM are models. I have no doubt there is enough capital on this board for 2 to 3 people to run a CEF and do well.
twacowfca Posted April 5, 2011 Posted April 5, 2011 Many thanks, Christopher1, for sharing. Always a pleasure to read. A straight shooter like Buffett. :)
Partner24 Posted April 5, 2011 Posted April 5, 2011 Wow, so much candor. This guy could try to hide himself behind a lot of things or put attention on something else, but he goes straight. Ooohh I'm sorry that this company do not trade directly in the stock market.
