This is a few years old but worth reading for a look at options vs not  https://www.cboe.com/insights/posts/benchmark-indices-series-income-generation-and-smoother-returns-with-cboes-bxm-bxmd-put-and-cmbo-indices/

basically the cboe has several auto options writing indices and they were analyzed vs the SP500.  The SP beats them all in total return, but there are 3 that beat it for risk adjusted returns, and one that gets pretty close on total returns as well.  (the 30 delta call write).  In theory that means you could leverage them and get better returns than the sp500 but that's not examined by the study.

Someone mentioned last year that getting paper filings was possible by clicking a link on the e-vote proxy form. Before making the request, I checked to make sure I had selected paper filings by mail in my Fidelity account, and then clicked the e-link to request AR and proxy by mail. We'll see if it comes. If you've ever wanted a paper Berkshire AR, this would be the year to get one!

Nice! Any chance you happen to have that link handy...?

I signed in to my Fidelity account and went to the Documents / Proxy Materials link. From there I choose Berkshire from the list and get sent to:

https://east.proxyvote.com/pv/web with a bunch of random characters added

This is done through a secure connection. I did this 2 times just now and both times the url was appended with a different ending which I assume has to do with a secure connection between my Fidelity account and ProxyVote.

Do you own BRK? If so you should be able to do the same. The link to request paper reports will be as shown in the image from my previous post.
