muscleman Posted January 11, 2017 Posted January 11, 2017 https://www.sec.gov/edgar/searchedgar/companysearch.html When I enter the symbol on the fast search box, the url contains owner=exclude part, and there will be no form 4 results included. Each time I have to manually remove that part of the url and refresh the page again to see form 4s. Do you know a more convenient way to search for filings?
Tim Eriksen Posted January 11, 2017 Posted January 11, 2017 click include and then show all button and it will show form 3's and 4's
Guest Schwab711 Posted January 11, 2017 Posted January 11, 2017 You could also try the below depending on what you are searching: https://searchwww.sec.gov/EDGARFSClient/jsp/EDGAR_MainAccess.jsp Click "advanced search"
muscleman Posted January 11, 2017 Author Posted January 11, 2017 click include and then show all button and it will show form 3's and 4's Thank you! It is exclude by default and there is no way to change the default to include.
NeverLoseMoney Posted January 11, 2017 Posted January 11, 2017 click include and then show all button and it will show form 3's and 4's Thank you! It is exclude by default and there is no way to change the default to include. Try setting up a custom search engine for Chrome / Firefox: https://glennchan.wordpress.com/2015/11/22/edgar-tips-and-tricks/ Make sure you change "owner=exclude" to "owner=include" in step 4 (for Chrome). Works like a charm for me. I just type "sec" followed by a space in my address bar and I can then type the ticker, hit enter and it will bring up the SEC filings for that stock.
rukawa Posted January 13, 2017 Posted January 13, 2017 I check your dumb question and raise you: Why are you looking at form 3 and 4?
