Your 10 year annualized returns

I have a 4-5 year record and it's ~12%/year. I'm pretty much mediocre :D

Annualized return from may 05 till date about 19.5% but I did have a 55pc peak to trough drawdown during the crisis. 

 

Avg holding time is about a year and a half.  No leverage or options

where are you getting the 7.3%? I reran the numbers and I was off a little - I just went with what my brokerage firm said before. On morningstar, I came up with 7.06% for S&P 500 with dividends.

 

I STAND CORRECTED, I calculated 6.96% also
