  1. Yeah, but how valuable can that real estate be if it's next to a latex factory?
  2. Considering INTJ is one of the rarer personalities, this is pretty cool. I am an INTJ too btw.
  3. Yeah, some of those seemed very strange. The same goes for 9 % of poor people believing that bad habits have a negative impact. Still, I found the parts about passing knowledge on to your children and reading very interesting. Also about having concrete goals.
  4. Finance student and equity research here. Was basically a coinflip between engineering physics and finance for me though, and I was investing before university. INTJ personality type.
  5. Buying GLBS - Globus Maritime. Great uppside potential and downside protection. If the Baltic Dry Index remains depressed they should be able to keep paying of their debt, and if it recovers to higher levels their profits will skyrocket.
  6. Do you mean to give it all away or have I missed something? http://finance.fortune.cnn.com/2014/02/24/warren-buffett-berkshire-letter/ Brief discussion of his general instructions for investment of the corpus of his testamentary trust FBO Astrid is near the end of the article/ in the letter. Ahh, thank you! Seems I missed/forgot that part of the letter.
  7. From Stockholm, Sweden. Currently studying in Lund, Sweden.
  8. Likewise! I forgot to ask, has anyone read Competition Demystified? Was thinking about tackling that soon. Yes! It is a must-read in my opinion. It compliments the chapter about franchise value very well and helps you understand how moats work (and don't).
  9. I agree completely! This book has been the single biggest source in helping me understand competitive dynamics. Highly recommended read. (First post on this forum!)
