Alice Schroeder did recommend books by John Brooks in her Reddit AMA. I realize that is stretching the connection to Warren a bit, but this author and his books have not just come out of nowhere. I'm adding it to my list. Quote from Reddit: "I like books from business history -- anything by Galbraith, Keynes, John Brooks. Get there at 5:30am if you want your choice of seats. In my opinion, the best seats are not on the floor but are located stage right. If you show up at 5:30, you will have plenty of time to talk to seasoned meeting-goers who will be waiting there with you about where to go, what to do, what to expect.
