Anyone aware of issues in the commercial paper or HG market?

Although cognizant not to fight the last war, I am still skiddish after seeing the CP roll shut down in 2007 followed by HY months before equities topped out.

 

Of course this knowledge doesn't affect day-to-day value investing yet important to know if the tide is shifting
