I know why they do it, kind of, but I can't help but find it funny.

What I love is watching the journalists on CNBC, Bloomberg, etc asking the "experts"..."So, how do you play this?"  I love that line...how do you play this?  Not invest, but let's treat this as a poker game.  Cheers!

Sports headlines are getting to have the same sort of sensationalism.  A recent one was something like, "their starting pitcher went into the 7th inning for the first time since June 19th".  Or the classic sportism, "they've won 6 in a row for the first time since September, 2011".

 

Of course Leaf fans are used to hearing, "they've missed the playoffs for the first time since................................last season."  :P
