Salary frozen and fewer restricted stock options.  Always nice to see a company's board and its CEO tow the company line when it comes to compensation and expenses.  Cheers!

Yeah, last September when I saw their Merrill sub holding a "private" investor conference at the Beverly Hills Wilshire, a Four Seasons Hotel property, I thought, these SOB's belong in Watts, California not Beverly Hills!

It would be interesting to know what exactly the performance measures are regarding the restricted stock available in 2015.  Would provide alot of clarity of where they expect to be at that time.
