Investors have not learned their lesson from 2008.  Incentives for hedge funds, and the fund industry in general, are not aligned with the investor's own interests.

While it has been tougher than the alternative, I could not imagine using any other fee structure than what we have...no "1 & 20", "2 & 20", or even "4 & 25"!  We don't make our partners money, we don't get paid...simple!  Cheers!
