T-bone1 Posted November 4, 2010 Share Posted November 4, 2010 Bioval has been ordered to pay SAC $10 million for their "frivolous" $18 Billion lawsuit against the short seller. I don't think this should have any ill effect of FFH's lawsuit, and it does sound like Bioval did a number of things wrong, but I hate to see SAC taking the apparent moral highground . . .
