Burj Khalifa Remains 90% Empty

Rents have come down, yet the building is 90% empty.  Incidentally, the rents they describe are just slightly above Vancouver rents for such apartments.  Cheaper if you consider the finishings you get...but there's no bubble here in Vancouver of course!  Cheers!
