Draft Requires Short-Sellers to Disclose Positions

The European Union's draft on regulation of short-selling will require disclosure on short positions greater than 0.2% of the shares outstanding and public disclosure for positions greater than 0.5%.  Also, much tighter rules on naked shorts.  Too bad the SEC isn't as sophisticated.  Cheers!
