Starting up an enterprize with the proceeds of an illegal activity is a criminal offense, & all she has to do for Stevie to get some jail time is prove reasonable doubt. A good lawyer, & 'insurance' documents spread over a number of places - & she should be OK. Stevie of course will be a lot poorer  ;)
