WSJ 52 Week Lows

Can someone explain why the WSJ 52 week low list contains names that are not at 52 week lows?  E.g. VZ and UNH below (from today’s WSJ):

All that is probably due to the botched opening on the NYSE yesterday.  The NYSE and brokers have now busted those trades but it still showed up in WSJ's data when they went to press.  Example chart of VZ:
