The SEC forces insiders in public companies to file a Form 4 within two days of a transaction.  As an interesting example, here is a Form 4 showing one of Elon Musk's sales in Tesla:

https://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1318605/000089924321044687/xslF345X03/doc4.xml

These documents are in a computer readable XML format.   Does anyone online have a tool that will take these XML files as input, and spit out interesting summary information?  For example, what was the investor's total cost?  What was the total value of all shares sold?   What was the average sales price?      This kind of information is easier to track over time than all of the messy details, yet the SEC seems to go out of its way to make understanding the content of its forms easy.

Sorry, the last two words should have been "not easy".   I just want to see the summary information for each Form 4, not all of the messy details of each stock transaction.   The SEC goes out of its way to drown us in details, and avoids easy to understand summary.
