what is the best way to follow up several boards and SEC filing?

I'm new to the board and want to ask how you guys follow up multiple boards. The email notification doesn't contain actual message and no link. So it's hard to locate the actual message. Unread posts get pretty long after skipping sometimes.

To follow up SEC filing, is RSS feed the best way or you subscribe some service?

I go with unread posts and work my way thru.

For SEC filings, RSS is the way to go.
