Best Value Funds/Managers in China?

Anyone have recommendations?

 

Also looking for companies with consistent long term dividend raises in Asia (non financial).?

I can't vouch for them, but Value Partners seem pretty credible.  They are around since 1993 and have $17bn AUM.  They have a range of Asia funds, but are focused on China / HK.

thoughts on Hillhouse and greenwoods? Obviously, himalaya is the best but we can't really tell what Chinese stocks Li Lu holds (except BYD, CRRC, Maotai, Shanghai Airport)

Hard to say how good Himalaya is. BYD was a huge position for Li Liu back during last financial crisis (like 70% iirc), and he made a killing. But the stock price hasn't moved beyond the high water mark set back in 2011.
