Partner24 Posted October 7, 2009 Share Posted October 7, 2009 members of the original investor group that formed Symetra by acquiring a group of life insurance and investment companies from Safeco Corp. in August 2004 may participate in this offering as selling stockholders. Well, suffice it to say that I will let you guess on wich side of the transaction table I prefer to be (on the Berkshire side or the opposite side). Cheers!
