Investor Letter, is it OK to post?

Hi,

 

A friend sent me an investor letter from a Rhizome Partners. I am not sure if it is OK to post the letter here. The fund recently initiated a position in a healthcare REIT (the company was not named in the letter). I am curious to find out what company that is. I came across their presentation on JW Mays before and it did quite well.

 

If it is OK to post, I will upload the letter and maybe someone can tell me which REIT they are referring to?

Unless the letter specifies otherwise, it's usually fine to post.

As long as there are no publication or distribution restrictions on the letter, it should be ok to go ahead and post it.  Cheers!

This is a question that should be directed to your friend, who I am presuming is an LP in the fund. Some managers are wierd about this stuff whereas others see it as free marketing; you will only know by asking the manager yourself or through your friend.. If you post it  and it sours the relationship between the manager and your friend you would feel badly.

Why not ask Bill? He's a member of the board. Now I can see him not being able to comment or not wanting to comments, but you can surely send him a PM asking permission.
