I'm on a bit of a 3G Capital reading kick (Double Your Profits in 6 Months, Dream Big) and the businessweek profile mentions that "Lemann also considered General Electric’s (GE) annual reports a kind of bible and adopted Jack Welch’s 20-70-10 rule".
