merkhet
Anyone have a recommendation on a good fund lawyer/firm? I'm thinking about replacing my current guys.
AtlCDore
I would recommend Brent Gillett at Investment Law Group. http://www.investmentlawgroup.com/

AtlCDore
merkhet, I sent you a response. Please let me know if you don't receive it. Still new to this board and figuring out how things work. Best, AtlCDore

CorpRaider
Not sure how big you are but both Schulte Zabel; Seward and Kissell are reputed to be top notch HF firms. Seward would probably be a bit more affordable.

Another option to consider if you believe your LPs demand a name brand law firm is to use a non-NY partner at a big national firm.

one-foot-hurdles
Shulte is excellent, we used them to assist in negotiating most of our service provider agreements. Quick turnaround of docs, general comments from our service providers: "we haven't seen so many ammendments/redline comments to our contracts before" DLA piper is another we have used and we have been pleased with.
