Thanks for this, I really enjoyed it.  I haven't had the privilege of hearing John Lace speak before but it has only reinforced my faith in HWIC, grey hairs and a deep understanding of margin of safety is exactly what I am looking for in my largest position.  I think he also provides a little more color at the end about the hedges.
