Packer16 Posted March 17, 2013 Posted March 17, 2013 Has any one found a tool to measure past performance by security? I have a TD Waterhouse account and they have my statements going back to 2003 but I have no easy way to see where my mistakes and winners are other than sorting through the hard copy monthly statements. TIA Packer
hyten1 Posted March 17, 2013 Posted March 17, 2013 packer i track all my trans/investment etc in quicken (and excel for some other things) so i can run reports using quicken which gives me by security performance if you want to its not the best in the world, but its something :)
woltac Posted March 18, 2013 Posted March 18, 2013 I also use quicken to track everything including my investment accounts. You can download brokerage activity from your TD Waterhouse account directly into the program. Not sure how far back the activity at TD Waterhouse would be available though.
racemize Posted March 18, 2013 Posted March 18, 2013 I've just used a spreadsheet, but getting all that entered in from 2003 won't be pleasant.
