bobp Posted January 15, 2013 Share Posted January 15, 2013 Some of you checked microcap in the size survey and I know there are Oaktree fans here. NVTL is up today on a filing by Bruce Karsh. He reported owning 3 million shares or 9%. Royce is a large holder as well. With a market cap of about 50 million it's trading a little below cash with no debt. Just an idea.
