Checklist for "Quality"

Whether I am looking to invest in a "quality" business, or I am examining a company which claims to compete in the marketplace on quality, I came across this as a checklist to define what exactly I mean by quality.

Edit: I should say, it's nothing really groundbreaking but it does provide a precise breakdown of the factors which make up "quality".
