The judge waits this long to decide that New Jersey is the wrong place for this suit. FFH lawyer says that they will appeal.
Parsad Posted December 24, 2011 Posted December 24, 2011 Did we expect anything less? 100 bucks says that one of the remaining firms doesn't get the case dropped against them, and is used as the scapegoat by the courts. Cheers!
Guest ValueCarl Posted December 27, 2011 Posted December 27, 2011 If the expectation remains by Watsa's crew that, "the rules are; there are no rules" for the privileged elite wielding their power, influence and control among legal authorities as well as politicians without restraints, why did they/are they wasting shareholder capital for such futile battles? This is not inexpensive Lotto that they're playing; therefore, Watsa, etal should continue applying their usury methods attached to more vulnerable, debt laden corporations they like to use as prey on the savanna.
