SAC Tries to Get Kasowitz Benson Kicked Off Lawsuit

SAC, Third Point & Kynikos are claiming that Kasowitz Benson carried out an undercover sting against John Gwynn of Morgan Keegan, and that they should be disqualified from representing Fairfax in the lawsuit.  Cheers!

Big surprise....SAC trying to get this thing thrown out.  John Gwynn's death seems very convenient to me...not that I'm a conspiracy theorist.  I hope Fairfax has enough evidence to see this thing through.
