What are people buying?  I have been nibbling on BRK and AAPL.  I will buy a crap load of Loews if it hits $40 again. I will look at CHK preferreds under $94. 

 

And I just spilled my coffee on my shirt.  Time to go.

Selling a portion of my holdings of NROM.OB just had a 25% run up and I want more cash. I also just sold a rental property and made out very well on that.
