Answer: The Presidential Medal of Freedom. It’s the highest government honor that can be bestowed on a civilian. Nebraska’s best-known citizen worldwide, business wizard and world class philanthropist Warren Buffett, received that distinction Tuesday at a White House ceremony. President Barack Obama had a lot of good things to say about the man referred to as “The Oracle of Omaha,” and Buffett was his usual self. "It was thrilling for me,” Buffett said. “It's once in a lifetime and not only a lot of fun for me, I got to meet some terrific people.”
bookie71 Posted February 16, 2011 Posted February 16, 2011 Don't forget Stan "the man" Musial. He was my hero. (So is WEB)
Liberty Posted February 16, 2011 Posted February 16, 2011 I'm very happy for Buffett! He deserves it.
