Forbes Magazine has ranked Overstock.com the best retail employer.  "Tin-foil hat Byrne", as some of the degenerate hedgies like to call him, was also the top-ranked CEO in retail by the employees!  Cheers!

Looks like there is a correlations between stock returns and happy workers.

I would agree!  He ranked ahead of Jim Sinegal, CEO of Costco, who is well-known for his leadership.  That's pretty impressive!  Cheers!
