Comments 3, 5 and 6 on this Seeking Alpha post pretty much clarify what Berkshire gets out of it (it's a good deal for which they waived part of the early-repayment penalty) and what Swiss Re gets out of it.

What's WEB going to do with all this cash?

 

Will he try to spend it before these new young guns in BRK get a hold of it?

 

My bet is he still wants something in the utility sector.

 

As always, I think he still wants Mars.
