according to bloomberg he holds 502,385 shares... 0.01% of the company. He recently sold 102,163 shares.

doesn't it concern you guys that he earns more in one year than his entire stock holding is worth?

Instead of citing Bloomberg or Morningstar, let's just go to the source for these kinds of things guys.  From the proxy this year (does not show any selling in the last few months).

http://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/72971/000119312510059552/ddef14a.htm  Note the 5.5m options he holds as well.

Is his salary too high?  Yes.  Is his ownership lower than I'd like?  Yes.  Does he own zero stock?  No.

Read the proxy guys.

Does the 14A always include executive ownership?
