Are Buffett and Gates still very close friends?

Buffett didn’t mention the gates foundation with the most recent shares given to his children, also, Gates of course isn’t on the Berkshire board anymore (I don’t recall the year he resigned) and didn’t even attend the annual meeting in Omaha last year, at least not that I’m aware.

Good question... but, Buffetts dollars are still going to the Gates Foundation, isn't it? Maybe, not friends.. but, colleagues.. LOL
