Asset rich but, cash poor

I recall that Buffett faced that situation in the 70's and apparently got into copper futures trading. I read that in some book on Buffett.

 

What do you guys suggest?

I'd say look closely at your thesis as an atheist. If you think you're asset rich in resources you may very well be wrong.
