Liberty Posted January 10, 2018 Posted January 10, 2018 Something a bit different (refreshing), an investing book for young people, written by one (the author is 15). https://www.amazon.com/Early-Bird-Power-Investing-Young/dp/1973235439/ I haven't read it yet, but I read a review here: http://www.rationalwalk.com/?p=16593 For those of you with kids who want to start teaching about investing (the younger you start the better), this might be a good tool.
rogermunibond Posted January 17, 2018 Posted January 17, 2018 Would be curious for additional reviews and what age kids the book is suitable for?
weighingmachine Posted December 1, 2021 Posted December 1, 2021 second edition out now includes foreword from Todd Wenning, it is written for young investors but works for really any age beginner investor, and 2nd edition adds some new intermediate chapters with poker champ Annie Duke on decision making, Ian Cassel on microcaps and Emily McCormick on bank investing. Among other things. https://www.amazon.com/Early-Bird-Power-Investing-Young/dp/1973235439/
weighingmachine Posted February 12, 2022 Posted February 12, 2022 Chapter excerpt available here, interview with Ian Cassel on getting started microcap investing https://www.valuewalk.com/interview-with-ian-cassel/
