There is a new exposé about it every couple of years in the media. But it's old news. Nothing seems to change. Many people pre-pay for their own funeral services to avoid this issue... I found it interesting to read in the CBC news article that these pre-arrangements are still being circumvented by the sales team --guilting family members into more expensive services.
