Bad policy is making it worse. The employment stats are misleading. A lot of medium size business owners i know cut everyone's hours to avoid paying for benefits. So then they hire more people to fill in the empty slots. Many of these employers have more than one job. Makes it harder on the lower / middle class to even save On the plus side at least efficiency numbers are up?
