I don't see how anybody can be supportive of Ward. For example, is it fair to say that SD purchasing land from Ward's son at inflated prices is simply a transfer of SD shareholder value to Ward's son? Even if the price is only inflated marginally, it is still indefensible. The directors that were complicit need to go.
