Help me Understand Two Companies that Own Each other

Hi,

 

I encounter a case that really puzzles me. Oi SA owns 10% of Portugal Telecom and Portugal Telecom owns 15% of Oi SA (I made up the figures but the relationship is true). So how do the dividends work?
