walt373 Posted May 14, 2013 Posted May 14, 2013 Expiration: June 10 Tender price: 98% of NAV Current discount to NAV: 10.87% I don't see the docs on Edgar yet but I'm assuming it has odd lot since it always does. http://finance.yahoo.com/news/morgan-stanley-asia-pacific-fund-203000790.html
Hubris Posted May 14, 2013 Posted May 14, 2013 Looked at a tender they did last year. However with odd lots and the pro-rata distribution ur returns aren't that great. It might also be worth noting the number of previously tendered shares. If it were only that easy!
walt373 Posted May 14, 2013 Author Posted May 14, 2013 If you tender as an odd lot, you won't get prorated. It should be good for about $150 per account. I've done APF's tender offer three times in the past and it always goes smoothly.
